This notice explains how Althea Technology Holdings, Inc. (“Althea,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use altheainsurance.com, contact us or apply for a role.
Information we collect
When you browse the site, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. Cloudflare Web Analytics also gives us aggregate page-view and performance measurements. It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to identify visitors.
When you email us, request an appointment or apply for a role, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, contact details, message, resume and attachments. Appointment scheduling takes place on Calendly after you follow the external link.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure and improve the website; respond to questions and appointment requests; evaluate job applications; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, scheduling and recruiting; with professional advisers; when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety; or as part of a financing, reorganization or sale. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, security and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
